Survival Guide Research Writing Project
Students will be researching a U.S. National Park of their choice as part of creating a survival guide for backcountry camping. They will use a link to select their U.S National Park. Next they will complete a series of research, and writing activities that will help them complete their planning & project. I've broken the project into six days of activities that can be modified to meet your needs. A rubric is included for grading as well as links for day one's planning process.

I love to work with students using inquiry based learning, and project based learning. I love working with students in readers and writer's workshop and STEM, as well as one to one laptop learning through Google Classroom.
