This is an awesome packet to use when teaching line plots, pictographs, and bar graphs. This packet includes activities that allow students the chance to answer questions about different graphs as well as create their own graph. There is also a graphic organizer included that can be used in their interactive journals. Answers sheets are at the end of the packet.

This worksheet can be used as an assessment to see how well students can round to the nearest 10. 1. Use red to color all numbers that round to 580. 2. This Step 1, 2, 3 activity is great for Rounding Beginners. It just covers rounding to the nearest ten. Students must organize their numbers on graphs and number lines before deciding with tens place to round it to.

These can be used in small groups, as math centers, or as an assessment. The green cards (labeled A-L) are 1 step division problems. The purple cards (labeled 1-12) are multistep division cards for your more advanced students. Answer keys are included.

Students are to use what they know about elapsed time to construct data from real world examples. This is an activity that will the students really enjoy. It helps students practice their multiplication and division facts without realizing they are doing so. Students are to circle as many multiplication and division facts that they can find. You could always reward the one that finds the most:)
