Currently a Behavior Specialist in a school for children in the Autism Spectrum! Working on getting my Board Certified Behavior Specialist certificate and working with a BCBA to get this! I worked in behavioral health as a Direct Support Specialist and High Needs Case Manager for 4 years. I taught Dina School, Social Skills classes, and Self-regulating techniques. Worked as a Registered Behavior Technician in the homes providing Applied Behavioral Analysis for adults and children on the Autism Spectrum. Taught: emotional awareness, self-regulation, fine motor skills, gross-motor skills, etc.

First-Then token board can be utilized for special education, younger students, and ABA therapy. This is very colorful and engaging for kids. The tokens can be laminated and velcroed to utilize depending on the tasks required and the preferred reward. This has 16 tasks/requirements and rewards total.

Two boards with options! A first-then board can be utilized to show the activities that can be done in the classroom and have a clear expectation of what is coming next. The first-next-then board is the next step when wanting students or clients to understand how to follow a schedule. You can print/laminate these and velcro the activities to the blank spaces on the board.
