I have more than 20 years of experience in teaching Math from K-12. I have taught in both public schools and independent school. I started as a school math teacher; was later appointed as a Head of Math Department and a Vice Principal. As a school leader, I supervised trainee teachers, conducted workshops on primary math for parents to help them guide their children at home. Teaching style

Singapore's achievement in math is once again proven in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2012 results, as well as in Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS). Our success in math is mainly due to the unique method of teaching math in schools. The children start learning numeracy in preschool by using concrete objects. A word problem can be made easy by using model method, that is developed by Singapore. This is commonly known as the Singapore Math. By using concrete objects, a complex problem can be made simple for the children. With the Singapore math model method, you can turn your students to become Math achievers too!
