Color by Code Math Activities for July 4th is a fun way to review mathematical concepts and to celebrate America’s birthday or Memorial Day weekend!
There are 11 activity pages in this resource.
The following mathematical concepts are covered:
2D Shapes,
3D Solids,
Numeration (Color by ones, tens, tally marks, fingers, 10 frames, dice, dominoes, and number words),
Addition and Subtraction (under 10),
Addition and Subtraction (under 20),
Coins (penny, nickel, dime, and quarter), and
Odd and even numbers.
There is a sheet celebrating America’s birthday using the words and numbers (United States of America, 1776, July 4th).
Easy to prep and easy to use: just print and learn!
I use these activities during my mathematics center time, for homework, and I even leave the activities in sub plans.
