Description
Compound words are sometimes easy, and sometimes not. These compound word match up cards are pre-made to go with the match up boards that my dad helped me make and design. Print the cards double-sided, slide them into the boards, and let the kids match up the answers with rubber bands. Step-by-step directions for manufacturing your own boards are available in my store. Also available are math facts, word families, and other grammar and vocabulary cards
**One important thing to note: it is very important to insert the cards correctly into the boards or the self-check will not work. The bottoms are labeled to help you remember.**
This set of cards gives students practice compound words. Each card features 10 different compound words, 30 words in all. Students stretch rubber bands (or draw lines) to match the words that combine to form a compound word.
