Description
These 4 sets of 20 coordinating task cards {80 cards} are great for applying the skill of adding decimals up to the hundredths place. This set of cards makes differentiation easy and discreet in your classroom. Each set looks similar and is working with the same addition problems, just presented in a different format.
The computation is presented in varying levels of difficultly - some with no regrouping, regrouping over the decimal, adding 3+ numbers together, and adding numbers with different amounts of digits, requiring students to think about lining up the decimals.
Included in this set are 4 types of related task cards:
- 20 single step word problems
- a modified version using the same word problems with key words bolded and highlighted
- a computation only set with just the addition problems from the word problems - these are written horizontally to ensure student understanding of lining up decimals
- a computation only set with the same problems written vertically for students struggling with lining up decimals
- 3 types of answer sheets with differentiated directions, each with a corresponding answer key

** Write the equation, sum, and related subtraction fact to check your answer.

- Option for 2 sided printing - great for self-correcting work!
