Decimals Lesson: Drawing Models, Reading, Writing, Comparing, and Rounding

This PowerPoint lesson is sequential and scaffolds instruction in order to build understanding. The lessons starts with the foundation of decimals using base ten blocks and then moves into the algorithms. This really helped my students understand WHY we read, write, and interpret decimals in certain ways.
