This 10-slide, CCSS-aligned Power Point lesson is a great introduction to exponents. It introduces the basics of exponents (base, power, etc.) and shows students numerous examples of reading, writing, and evaluating expressions with exponents.
Although this aligns with 6th grade CCSS, these lessons could be used for 7th or even 8th grade students studying the same concepts.
This is NOT a unit, an assessment, homework, or cooperative learning.
Only basic knowledge of Power Point required.
File is in .ppsx (2010 Power Point Show) format.
