I copy and create a booklet for each student that they need to fill in as we cover each section. It also could be a great study guide for a introduction to functions unit. It covers the following topics:

-characteristics of a coordinate graph (x-axis, y-axis, quadrants, labeling points)
-given a situation show in a table, graph, and equation (there are lines to the side to allow students to write down hints they used to complete the table, graph, or equation
-students need to create a story and draw a graph that matches it
