Students practice 2-d and 3-d shapes with using Google Slides™. Includes circle, triangle, rectangle, hexagon, square, cone, cylinder, sphere and cube. This is the perfect kindergarten distance learning math assignment that can be assigned in Google Classroom™.
Includes 2 different activities that can be assigned at different times or all at once. Students will sort real world objects and identify if it matches the target shape or if it does not. Included are shape sorts for circle, triangle, rectangle, hexagon, square, cone, cylinder, sphere and cube.
In the second activity, students will read a description and match it to the shape that is described (includes words flat, solid, sides, corners, slide, stack, roll). Students will drag and drop a check mark over the shape that matches that description.
Includes 25 different slides.
Also has "I Can" statements and instructions.
This assignment can be "turned in" and checked by the teacher using Google Classroom. It is not self grading. Perfect for learning numbers in kindergarten or as a review in early first grade.
