In this Valentine's Day themed math activity, students will simplify 8 rational expressions. These problems are JUST simplifying, no operations involved. Students will need to know how to factor out a GCF, and factor trinomials with a>1. Once they have simplified, they will find their answer on the chart and color in the hearts based on the answer they got. Activity is self-checking, as students will know if they got the answer wrong when they don't see their simplified answer.
