Excitement leads to better learning! Gamify your basic math lessons! Have students practice subtracting 1-10 with this fun PowerPoint with built-in Random Spinners. Simply project the PowerPoint, choose which number you want students to practice subtracting, and click play/pause on the built-in spinner to generate a random equation for students to solve (random number minus 1; random number minus two, etc).

Students can write their answers, call out the sum, use number fans or manipulatives, point to the answer on a personal number line etc.

All the numbers from 0-10 are included, each on their own slide with their own random spinner. Plus, there is a final slide with two random spinners (one with the numbers 10-20, and the other with 0-10, so the number on the left can always be subtracted from the number on the right). Choose the level of subtraction practice your students most need to work on.
