TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in the public school system and have also worked as a tutor for all Elementary grade levels. In addition to teaching at the elementary level, I spent a few years as a Pre-K teacher in a child care facility where I prepared children ages 4 and 5 to enter Kindergarten. I've been a homeschool parent for a few years now, and it is so rewarding!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Depend on the individual students!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I obtained a BA in English from ECU in Greenville, NC. After being a stay at home mom and volunteer in the schools for several years, I went back to ECU to earn my MA in Teaching!

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm currently a tutor for several elementary and homeschooled students. I absolutely love the freedom it has given me, and I enjoy being present more often at events in which my children participate. I have taken a leave of absence from teaching due to a medical condition, however I hope to return soon! All of my TpT sales go to my medical bills. I really appreciate each and every sale! Thank you so much for your support!
