Experience
I have taught 4th and 5th grade for ten years and worked as a Reading Interventionist for grades K-4. I am currently an MTSS Coach and Tier 3 Interventionist for grades K-5.
Teaching style
I am not a "quiet" teacher by any means and thankfully my kiddos love me that way! We are always moving around and working together to make connections and come up with new ways of thinking. I am a huge believer in trying to teach to every child's style of learning (especially when they don't even realize that they have one). You can find anything from music, to games, to videos, to books, to costumes, to virtual field trips and so much more going on in my classroom. I want my students to be passionate about learning and to see that they can find new knowledge anywhere!
