This is an awesome quiz with a rubric, but you could even use it as a worksheet for your class. The activity includes tally charts, a line plot, a pictograph and a bargraph for the students to create. I use fruit snacks with my students, but you could change the worksheet (it is editable) and use counting cubes, or a different treat! I include the third grade common core standards, but it is adaptable for second or fourth as well. Even fifth grade for review. :-)
