I use this at the beginning of the year for my students starting our stock market unit for 2 reasons: 1 is for them to move around the room and get to know each other and the 2nd is to introduce some vocabulary terms that we will be learning during our stock market unit.

Multiplication Assessment and Intervention Kit (Grades 3-6)
When students struggle with multiplication, it can be difficult to figure out where the hang up is. This kit is something that teachers can use right in the classroom as a quick screener, and then target skills with quick, low prep activities. I have spent three years developing and using these activities for our most struggling students in the school. Mystery: Who Took the Turkey?
This is a Thanksgiving-themed mystery, although it can be used year-round. It was created for my gifted students (grades 3-6) but could be used with gen ed as well. Some scaffolding/ support may be needed depending on the academic abilities of the class.
