This behavior rating scale was designed for a student who has already been diagnosed with ADHD or has the same symptoms as ADHD. It isn't a screener to identify possible ADHD. I fit 2 days per page, but if you set your printer to print on both sides of the pages, you can fit 4 on one sheet of paper. Please see my other product that I personally use for my son while we proactively work with managing and and controlling his ADHD while remaining positive!
