This Penny chart will help track individual student behavior. This is great for students that struggle with keeping up with daily routines and expected behavior. Cut out each card laminate and tape to desk. Velcro the back of plastic or real pennies. Place penny on the chart for every specific behavior that you have selected for the student to work on. For example: Turning in homework and doing morning work=1 penny... etc. After 5 pennies they can go to the treasure box.

Behavior chart allows recording of two areas of behavior for every 20 minutes of instruction. Prompts include a warning and a smile. If student needs additional redirections after the warning, cross out the smile. If student needs only one warning or follows both behavior expectations, either a sticker or coloring in the smile is effective. A table for recording data on lost instruction time is included. Print behavior chart as a 2-sided copy with AM on the front and PM on the back.
