A table to fill out student strengths and areas of concern. This is particularly useful to fill out during the IEP evaluation process prior to a Guidance Team or MDT meeting. Families and administrators can see a holistic evaluation of the student. Evidence from the table can be used to determine possible supports and interventions for student. Set the Rule and then complete the Input/ Output Table. It can be used for addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. This can be used with Input/ Output task cards or you can partly fill in the form your self to have the students figure out the rule and the missing numbers.
