Math Reminder - Behavior Intervention
Math Reminders are given to students in class to "remind" them of the expectations I have set for them each and every day. If a student does not follow the classroom rules, they are given a Math Reminder. I do this in my class instead of automatically giving students a detention or sending them to the principal's office. Multiplication Facts Tracker
Encourage students to track their multiplication facts mastery throughout the year. I separate out by specific facts (1's, 2's, 3's, etc) and then move up to "mixed facts". I simply added a few lines for the Mixed Facts sheets.

It's difficult to teach students higher level math when they don't know their basic facts. This week long homework assignment fits on one page and is kept in students' binders during the week. There are two different levels, for beginning (3rd grade) and a higher level for those facts that most students find difficult to master (4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12).
