I have used this for addition/subtraction, measuring, and multiplication projects so far and it has worked well. I have included "following directions and On-Task" as part of the grading criteria since I teach in a self contained classroom for students with disabilities. Problem Solving Document for teachers and a blank for students
This walks students through what the operations do in math, not using code words. My students use this when solving word problems. We go through this as we introduce the operations in word problems.
