This is a very simple weekly behavior chart used by classroom teachers. It works well with the PBIS program, which our district has all elementary schools implement. The students use the behavior chart to work towards a daily or weekly behavior goal and reward. The reward can be as simple as reading a book with a younger child at the end of the day or having 5 minutes on an educational computer game. This is a word document. It can easily be edited to fit your students, their schedules, and

Do you hate the grade sheets that districts give out to record grades...flipping pages, you can't fit much on one page? I know many people enter all grades directly into computer programs but if you're like me and still like to have a hard copy for grades, these sheets work great. I created them when I was in college and have used them for the past 12 years! Included here is a grade sheet for weeks 1-5 with the ability to add one grade for each day of the week.
