Tattle Tale Report

Everyone gets tired of students tattle tailing on each other. I have designed a Tattle Tale Report that will allow you to keep teaching. Each child that tattle tales will have to fill out this report and file it in the tattle tale report box. At the end of the day, the teacher will have to read the tattle tale reports and review appropriate behavior where needed. Some students will not bother to fill out the report when they find out they have to write so much. If they do not fill out the report

Behavior Check In Check Out System

This is great to use in a classroom with a student that may need to set a daily goal. This theme was very effective with the boys in my classroom. I started with 4 road cones from a toy race car set, and when the student was not meeting thier goal, I would remove 1 cone. We would check in with each other at lunch and at the end of the day. If they had road cones left they would get a green sticker on their chart. If they had no road cones left they got a red sticker. At the end of the week if th

Using a self-management approach to self-monitoring on-task behavior is a research-based intervention. This involves using a simple self-rating sheet, on which the student records their own progress with staying on task. In addition to rewards for on-task behavior, the student can earn extra points for matching the observations of the teacher. This builds self-monitoring and perspective taking skills.

This is a little something that I used to reinforce how a child's' behavior impacts others. It is great for those kiddos who struggle with social skills and it is good data too! The teacher and student will fill out this half sheet together. The child uses this as a tool to apologize to their peer. All parties sign the sheet and a copy can go home to the parents!
