The perfect solution to handing out incentives, without giving out sweets!
Each page has a number of gaps to be filled with stars/stickers, once one Merit section has been filled, they move onto the next Merit section. You begin with White, then Blue, then Maroon, then Silver and lastly, Gold.
Create an incentive at the end of each Merit code. For example: Once they have reached the 'Blue' Merit award, they may have 5 minutes extra break etc. And perhaps once they reach the 'Gold' Merit stage
