AIMS Reading Data Tracking Sheet

Created by
Wendy Flesner
This sheet will allow you to track all of your AIMS data in reading whether it be for benchmarking purposes or progress monitoring. I have my students log their own data each time we take a new test. This seems to give them more ownership of their scores and allows them to see their increase or decrease.

I have created two different scaled score intervals as well as a blank graph for both Math and Reading STARS so that you can use mine or make your own using either the SS or GE. My students love watching their progress throughout the year and coloring in their squares.

Dolch Sight Word data collection sheet- Pre-primer - 3rd grade

I use these checklists as quick sight word assessments. This document includes 5 Dolch sight words lists- Pre-primer, primer, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade. I have each of my students go through the list with me about every other week and they check off the words they can read as they go. I put the day of the assessment in the box at the top of the column and total words read at the bottom. We don't always go in order! Sometimes I randomly point to words until we go through them all.
