RTI - Graph for Student Recording Daily Independent Computer Tutorial Programs
I use this to help students track their learning by recording daily scores and then graphing them. It could be used with any daily computer or workbook program. I put it in their center folder and it keeps a great running record and visual record of their progress. We have a big emphasis on students becoming responsible for their learning and this tool helps them see how they really are doing. We have discussions from time to time and the student explains what they see on the graph to me.

Computer License - Keep track of student logins for computer programs
Do your students struggle to keep track of all logins and passwords for all of the different programs they use? I had third graders that were responsible to remember four different logins. Use these Computer Licenses to help students keep track. Each license includes a place for student name, picture, and four different logins and passwords

The Computer Login Cards were created with the programs available to me at my school. These cards allow my students to have all of their information at their fingertips. A card was sent home, given to the student, and kept in the classroom. The programs can be edited to fit your school's available programs. I have created a template to help organize students' usernames and passwords for various computer programs that they use in the classroom. I have included a cover, which would be an excellent accent for a blue/green, ocean themed, or under the sea themed classroom. You could print these on card stock and make them into a booklet and store near student computers, or you could have students glue these into their notebooks.
