I wrote this poem for my 5th grade class as an end of the year gift. they are my first class (I looped with them last year from 4th). I stapled this poem to the outside of a gift bag from Party City. I included lifesavers, airheads, nerds, Laffy Taffy, gum, chocolate Hugs, chocolate Treasures, a packet of tissues, paperclips, Band-aids, a highlighter, an eraser and a sharpened pencil. Missing Assignments Notification Slip - Mrs. Manley
I created these 3"x5" "Missing School Work" slips in an effort to notify students of any assignments they haven't submitted. Each of these allows for customization and requires a Parent Signature - this way, I know that the parents are in-the-loop.
