Use of Positive Behavior Support Tracker to assist with behavior tracking. Set a goal with the student/son/daughter/client. Set the expectations. Once checkpoint is reached = privilege. Daily Reading Log for Classroom Use

This is a double-sided nightly reading log, which once copied and folded, opens in the format of a book. Student expectations for using the log are defined on the cover.
The log includes an area for documenting "rereading" of the same text, which is critical for emerging readers. Included is a Parent/Guardian letter regarding the benefits of rereading, as I sometimes find parents have questions about the value of rereading.

Daily Behavior Chart | Self & Teacher Report Comparisons | Self Monitoring
This is a tool for teachers to use with students with difficulties related to eloping, aggression, and noncompliance. Oftentimes, the first step is ensuring the student builds an better awareness of the replacement behaviors, such that he/she can recite the expectations when asked and can compare his review to his teacher's evaluation of the behaviors. The closer the student's score is to the teacher's report of the replacement behavior, the more aware and accurate the student is to self report.
