This chart currently is for every 15 minutes but you can edit it to list behaviors during sections of your day. I have used this with various students with autism. You can simply change the pictures to correlate with the individual child's replacement behaviors. It's also smart to laminate it and use velcro to put the picture of what the child is "working for." You can draw stars or use stickers.
