This Classroom Behavior and Attendance Log is terrific for keeping students' attendance and behavior organized throughout the week! : ) I keep it on a clipboard and use it throughout the day as needed. It works really well when there is a substitute in your classroom because codes are located at the bottom. When you need to be specific with an incident to send a letter home to parents, you can use the codes and add details as needed. I hope this helps you!
