I use these information sheets with my students for speech. I have found that parents love these because it tells what we did in speech, what goals we worked on, discusses their child's behavior during speech, and tells whether the child is making progress. Do you use a reading basal program in your school district? I am required to use a program like that, but wanted to create a way for my more advanced students to be able to move ahead, while still meeting the school requirements. This is the reading contract that I use with them. It covers a two week period, and can be adapted to your own room and reading program. Also learn about online classes I offer at www.Luria-Learning.com.
