Student Work Reflection Rubric
This is a rubric for teacher to reflect on student work. It has the following categories:
• Differentiation
• Higher Level Thinking: Blooms Taxonomy
• Student Work/Effort
• Thinking Strategies: From Strategies that Work
I used this with groups of teacher when we were evaluating student work. Teachers would rate their students’ work and share ideas and instructional practices with each other. This rubric was a great springboard for professional discussions.

Student Evaluation for Teaching Candidate Demo Lessons
As part of our hiring process, we routinely have students participate in a demo lesson with the potential teaching candidate. Rather than having the students simply tell us if they like the candidate or not, the students complete an analytical 8 question evaluative rubric on the candidate and the lesson.
We've found that using this tool has enhanced the quality of feedback we receive from our student demo participants.

Common Core State Standards Checklist for ELA & Math (2nd Grade)
This 9 page graphic organizer lists all 90 CCSS (Common Core State Standards) for 2nd grade students. There is the number, standard, key phrases, and a place to record when the standard was taught. This simple and easy to read list satisfies a part of the TEAM rubric for teacher evaluations. Within each standard a few key words are in bold print to give teachers a quick reference to the things our students need to learn.

Indidvidual Problem Solving (Tier 3) Planning Form
When a student needs Tier 3 support, this form will help a meeting facilitator structure and lead a meeting.
