Behavior Trackers That Work
Behavior charts that work! Using behavior charts in the classroom can be overwhelming. Don't overcomplicate it. I have used all of the charts included in this bundle and have found them to be very effective. They are a great first step when behavior starts to bubble up. Weekly Work Reflections
When you send a packet of work home (probably in a weekly folder) have your students reflect on their behavior and grades using this printable, and then give your teacher reflection. "CHILL OUT" Behavior Reflection Forms (K-2; 3-6) - EDITABLE
What do you have your kids work on when they are in timeout? Have them fill out these forms to give you more information about the behavior situation. Have the younger kids draw pictures if they are not yet able to write. Once the kids draw the picture, you can dictate for them and write their thoughts next to the pictures. This form also allows you to check for the child's emotional state and has them think about whether or not they need to apologize for their behavior.

This simple, half-sheet, daily report works well for students that have difficulty with other class-wide behavior systems and can be tailored to the child's individual goals. I keep it on the student's desk and let them fill it out as the day progresses to build accountability for their behavior, then send home each day. Hope this helps you in your classroom!
