This data sheet lets you share information about testing with parents at parent conferences. It can be edited for fit your particular state, but is already specific for 5th grade in Texas. The sheet includes testing information including dates for 2019. The sheet includes examples of objectives covered in reading, math, and science. The sheet gives space to indicate any interventions that are being done with the student.

EDITABLE - spiraled SK/1 Curriculum Map for Ontario math
I have created a spiraled Curriculum Map for the Grade One Ontario Math Curriculum, mixed with the expectations from the 2016 Kindergarten Program - to be used in an SK/1 split. This long range plan is spiraled, which means that each curriculum expectation will be revisited again and again throughout the year. This file requires a PDF reader. Each strand is colour coded. Rocket Math Award Certificate for Students
Acknowledge the success of your students as they work through the Rocket Math Program. I use astro-bright paper and run off two copies. I give one to the student to take home and another to hang up in the hallway. It's a GREAT celebration point and a motivation for the other students in the classroom!

Teachers add I can statements, must dos, and can dos. Students receive their packets and start to work! Students have all of the materials they need to get their work done: a visual checklist, a reflection section, and things to do when they are finished! This is easily differentiated so that groups can have different work, but in the same format. Students don't need a thick packet of work for when subs come into the classroom!

Daily Math Report for Student and Parent (Everyday Math)
I used this report everyday with my students. When I introduced a new lesson I would had this paper out. Students were responsible for writing down the CCSS standards (which had to be up in my classroom as per my principal). Parents will be able to see what number standard they are working on and then reference the sheet I sent home in the beginning of the year with the standards all written out. Students will also write down the objective so parents know what the focus of today's lesson is. S

Quarterly Data Overview for Student Binder
I have always been a huge fan of student data folders. I have found this to be the simplest way to display all of the student data at once. I suggest adjusting as necessary, duplicating the page, and maybe even typing in the assignments you will have. Have fun!

Multiplication Incentive
For a little multiplication incentive. I sometimes offer a homework pass if they increase their multiplication test score. The kids love it. Publisher has a print setting where 20 of them will print on one page. I print then on colored paper.
