DAILY 5 PLAN WITH SMALL GROUPS
This is the best plan I've seen yet. This plan has 4 color coded groups that align with the small group. I also included a separate table that you can assign your group members. Check it out! Another great doc from the DollarDocDude.

Goal Setting - editable - weekly student goals - personalized learning
Use this template to guide your students in setting goals each week. Also included is a rubric at the bottom to review at the end of the week. Students can self assess and then compare with your score in order to either check off if they met their goal or are still working on it.

I teach in Illinois and our state test is the ACT. This pacing guide is based on and coded to the Common Core standards as well as Quality Core, which is curriculum designed by ACT and which are aligned to the Common Core as well. The standards are broken up into units and coded with a CC and QC on the right. Important vocab words are also mentioned. Standards in bold are considered priority standards that should be taught at the cost of anything that is not in bold.

Standards Tracker for Teachers *EDITABLE*
Track your students' mastery of standards with ease! As you input the scores, the cells will automatically be color-coded based on their percentage (i.e. 100-80 = Green, 79-60 = Yellow, 59-0 = Red).
