Weekly Behavior and Student Conduct Chart
These Weekly Behavior and Student Conduct Charts staple right into the student's planner/agenda each week. Students record their DAILY conduct into the chart as they are copying their homework each day. There is a spot for "teacher comments" and a place for parents to sign EACH evening.
