This Google Slides pamphlet acts as a student survey AND practicing Google Slides skills, such as typing, inserting photos, correcting their mistakes, etc. After completing the pamphlet, print it off and fold it! These can be shown off at Open House or stored in their student portfolio. As Google Slides, you are able to modify the questions before assigning to your students. The questions call into 3 categories: 1) Interests 2) Home Life 3) Feelings Toward School

Here are two typing/keyboarding certificates that I created for those students in my class who went above and beyond. The "Dedicated Typist" was for the student who put in the most time practicing their typing. The "Typing Champion" was created for the student who achieved the highest speed/accuracy in the class. These are downloadable in MS Word in order to edit them wherever you need. I hope these can save you some time!
