I created this project to used with my 4th grade highly-gifted class. It incorporates multiplication, division, decimals, money management, and area into a complex and engaging simulation project. Students work with a group to purchase fields and seeds to plant each "year". They then roll the dice to determine what the weather will be like that year and how it will affect their crop growth.
