The Language of Science Quizzes

The Language of Science is something I go over at the beginning of every year and refer back to constantly. The idea is for students to learn definitions of prefixes, suffixes, or root words that are commonly used in science terminology. With this knowledge, students can analyze vocabulary words by breaking them down into their smaller parts. To assess students' retention of these terms, I assign three different quizzes. These are matching quizzes with words banks provided.
