an organized list of many math ipad apps 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade
I spent the summer searching for (mostly free) math apps to use on my classroom ipads. This is a detailed list of the many apps I like best and use in my classroom. I have organized them by the different math skills and provide a brief description of most. I shared this list with the parents in my class so students can use these apps at home. Can be used for distance learning.

Mr. O’s Multiplication Dice Game!
This is a fun way to have students practice multiplication between numbers 2 to 12. I would assign this as a fun "homework" assignment to play with a parent/guardian (or an older family member/friend) to reinforce their comfort of foundation multiplication. Two players will play a friendly game using multiplication and two six-sided dice. The highest score after 6 rounds wins! Players take turns in each round and will add up the sum in each round. The highest possible score is 864!
