Customize to fit your own needs as it uploads in a word doc! Using the CCSS, you can empower your students to use the checklist at the bottom to remind them to capitalize letters, use end punctuation, etc. Easy to use as a formative or summative assessment writing tool. Students will feel up to the challenge to draw, write and check their own work to do their best and keep improving! Feel free to add more lines to make it more appropriate for older grades. Generally based for first graders. :) E

This has been very helpful for me as an educator. I designed it for upper elementary students, but you can easily customize to go with any student grades 3 and up! These are in a handy editable half-sheet so prep work is minimal. If you can create buy-in and a mutually agreeable goal, then you can have the student own and evaluate their own behavior! I wouldn't pick more than three goals and would check with the student, parents/guardians and admin before starting. It does take a bit of prep, b
Enjoy the flexibility of this exit ticket that you can modify since it is in Word. I have used this as a way to see if students understand rhyming before they pursue something else. Feel free to change or add to it to fit what you are looking to address. This is in a sheet of eight, but it can be expanded to allow for more (or larger) writing. This particular exit ticket was geared for 4th graders, but it could be tailored to fit the needs of many students!
Enclosed is a simple distance learning (or assign in the classroom!) tool to have students fill out multiplication facts on Google Sheets! You can easily assign this on Google Classroom and other ways! This multiplication table practice tool goes from 0-10, but it is easily customized to fit your student(s). I have found it best to show students first and then have students "be detectives" and look for patterns. If they know 4x5=20 and 4x6=24, then what is the product of 4x7? It is 28 as the pa
You will need dice and base-ten pieces. This game is easily customize-able! Encourage students to use their own rules and they will amaze you! Use this sheet to work on counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication or even division!
Scaffolding is easy by only using one die. Students can play against a partner or alone. Either way, there is some strategy involved, which is a plus!
Directions:
1. Take Turns Rolling Two Dice
2. Draw your base 10 blocks of the number you rolled with the 1, 5,
The sky is the limit for this activity! It can be used for essentially any topic and you can add your own needs to keep students engaged and promote learning!
This is designed for the teacher to give a lesson of their choice that consists of four concepts. The default is on context clues (Synonyms, Antonyms, explanations and examples), but it is a word document so you can modify and use it to suit your needs!
Prior to the lesson, print 4 of these documents (11"x17") and place them in the four
This is a fun way to have students practice multiplication between numbers 2 to 12. I would assign this as a fun "homework" assignment to play with a parent/guardian (or an older family member/friend) to reinforce their comfort of foundation multiplication. Two players will play a friendly game using multiplication and two six-sided dice. The highest score after 6 rounds wins! Players take turns in each round and will add up the sum in each round. The highest possible score is 864!

Enjoy this freebie! I have used this as a supplemental item to allow students to compare past and present pictures of an elementary school. Feel free to change or add to it to fit what you are looking to address. Gallery walks are a great way to get students moving and collaborating around the classroom and allow them to compare and contrast. :) This particular graphic organizer was geared for 1st graders, but it could be tailored to fit the needs of many students!
