Daily Student Behavior Chart! (Editable, week-long, with daily schedule)
Product Information: This is a simple, printable behavior chart that I use for a variety of behaviors. It is an editable powerpoint document so you can change the expectations (currently they read 1) Stay with class 2)Do my work) or the schedule. Tips for use: -I print one per week and use it with my students who struggle to focus, complete work, or stay where they are supposed to be. -Great for kids with autism or behavior problems, because it is a visual reminder of their expectations.

How to use:
I sit down with each student and we chose 4 behaviors to monitor throughout the day. They also chose the reinforcer they will be working towards if they earn the necessary points.
After each segment, a paraprofessional or myself review if they met this expectation. At the end of day, if they earned enough points then they get their reward!

I use this weekly behavior chart with my primary students. Students color in their happy smiley faces in purple (role model) or green (great day), or the middle neutral smiley face in yellow (warning), or the frown in red (parent contact). I use this for the whole class and for the after school program. The "accompanying letter" can be a school form (like an RRS form), picture of what the student did wrong vs what they should have done, or for upper grades an apology to the classmate(s) they distracted. This is an editable behavior chart that allows you to customize your students' behaviors rather easily. It is a 7x8 table that the days of the week are listed at the top of each column while the lead cell in the the row is an empty box that you can type in the target behavior or behaviors that you are working on that day/week.
