Self-Monitoring Behavior Charts
Two different levels of self-monitoring behavior charts.
How to use:
I sit down with each student and we chose 4 behaviors to monitor throughout the day. They also chose the reinforcer they will be working towards if they earn the necessary points.
After each segment, a paraprofessional or myself review if they met this expectation. At the end of day, if they earned enough points then they get their reward!

Nonverbal Communication Strategies
This is a great handout and resource for SLP's as well as parents. Many parents have questions about why their child isn't talking and what they can do. This handout sums it all up! I would always bring a copy of this to an IEP meeting when I know I will be working with a child who mostly communicates by way of non-verbal communication.

This is a behavior sheet I created for my students to take home every night. It correlates with my clip chart tally mark behavior sheet. Green- 0 marks, yellow -1 marks, bottom of yellow -2 marks, orange -3 marks, bottom of orange -4 marks, and red -5 marks. My Weekly Behavior log
