In this self-checking math review, there are five multiple choice question, each one printed on a different page. The sixth page contains the answer key. Students us a scan app such as QR Reader or Scan to check their work. The five questions can be posted around the room to give students movement as they work on recalling what they have learned throughout the year. Teachers can also have the students write the answers on a separate sheet of paper and use as a quick quiz.
