The chart allows for the student to self-monitor their progress throughout the three series of sentences. Stickers, stamps, or check marks can be used as the the child moves from the initial presentation (Read with a teacher), to working (Read by myself), and finally to mastery (Read to a teacher).

This printout contains picture cards with descriptive words of good and poor choices in the classroom. It's great for the beginning of the school year when your students are learning how to behave in a school setting. There is also a format for you to type the children's names into. I used the font Delius, which I downloaded for free. This was originally designed for a Montessori classroom but has many uses.
