About the store
My name is Dione and I have had the honor and privilege of educating Middle School students in and around the metro Atlanta, Georgia area for the last fifteen years. For the last twelve years, I have been working at a Middle School in Georgia teaching in the Gifted Program.
For the last seven years, my schedule has been to teach the following: 6th TAG World Geography, 7th TAG World Geography, 8th TAG Georgia History, 6th TAG Earth Science, and 7th TAG Life Science on top of my other duties as Talented and Gifted Contact, Academic Bowl Coach, Geography Bee Coordinator, etc. As you can see, I have a busy schedule.

Fact and Opinion Strips
In this activity created by Dione, the students work cooperatively to distinquish between fact and opinion.
Each group will receive a copy of the handouts with over twenty-two statements. Each group will cut out the statements and group them correctly. Each group will need large construction paper, bulletin paper, or poster boards to glue the strips onto. This is an activity created by Dione relating to the use of a Dichotomous Key to classify six types of beans - Green Split Pea, Black, Kidney, Pinto, Baby Lima, and Black Eyed. An example of each of the beans is placed in a sealed plastic bag and is numbered from one to six with each bag having a different number.

The Mystery Puzzle Senses by Dione is based on the Characteristics of Science skills. The purpose of this activity is for the students to use observations and inferences to draw conclusions. Teaching style
My diverse teaching schedule has allowed me to create a plethora of activities in 6th World Geography, 7th World Geography, 8th Georgia History, 6th Earth Science, and 7th Life Science. My teaching style includes a variety of hands on activities, foldables, graphic organizers, teacher directed lessons, student directed lessons, Authentic Assessment, Learning Focused, Inquiry, Decision Making, etc.
