Make two copies of each page and laminate them. On the second copy, cut out the pieces. Add Velcro dots to the back of the the cut out pieces and to the front of the non-cut paper. Your child or student can match them by sticking the Velcro together and then it can easily be removed to do all over again. Have a separate bag for storing the pieces when you're done.
