Adding and Subtracting Fractions - QR Codes
This activity can be used to review adding and subtracting fractions with like or unlike denominators that students learn in fourth and fifth grade math. Students can work independently at a station or during independent work by naming the solid and then checking the answer by scanning the QR Code with an IPAD or other Smart Phone Device. Place Value QR COde Task Cards
Students will practice writing numbers in standard form, word form, expanded form, and expanded notation. They then use a device (tablet, phone, anything that has a QR Code reader) to check their answer. Numbers start in the hundred thousands and go up to the hundred billions. There are 20 different task cards and a recording sheet for student work.
