Decimal Operations Review with QR Codes
This file contains 21 problems that are designed to give students extra practice working on Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Dividing Decimals. I have created this file so that it can be copied double-sided and used as a worksheet, or you can make single-sided copies of the file, cut out the cards, and use them as Task Cards.
In addition, each problem contains a QR Code that allows the students to check their work as they go. This helps to ensure that students are following the proper step

Mental Math Task Cards with QR Codes
This packet of mental math cards contains 25 premade task cards and one blank card.
This packet of cards deals with only positive numbers. Students must be able to do simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The first 20 cards do not contain any fractions, but the last 5 cards do.
Each card contains a starting number and then three directions for the students to follow. (For example…start with the number 8, divide by 2, multiply by 3, subtract 4.

Order of Operations Task Cards Using QR Codes
I have included 24 task cards. I have also included an answer sheet. You can print, cut and laminate each card so that you can reuse them.
Students can work alone or in a group. After they complete their task cards, they can check their answers by using a QR reader from either their smart phone or IPAD. QR Reader Apps can be downloaded from the App Store.
